Miyako Shirakawa

Haruto Fuwa falls in love with Miyako Shirakawa, but unfortunately his feelings will probably never be returned.

In episode 8, Haruto Fuwa tries to get closer to her.

Towards the end of the episode, however, there is a brief moment when he understands that he will not be lucky with Miyako Shirakawa.
Namely, while Miyako Shirakawa with a sad (or jealous) look, was observing Itsuki Hashima and Nayuta Kani as they were running away.

At that moment, Haruto Fuwa notices the look in Miyako Shirakawa’s eyes, and he understands that she is in love with Itsuki Hashima.
Thus, Haruto Fuwa finally gives up and no longer tries to fight for Miyako Shirakawa’s love.

So, Haruto Fuwa will have no luck with Miyako Shirakawa, but later in the Light Novel, Aioi Ui will be introduced.

She is also a novelist and an old schoolmate of Haruto Fuwa.
It is assumed that both could become a couple.

In episode 6, there is an extremely disgusting scene with Setsuna Ena (a friend of Itsuki Hashima) and Chihiro Hashima (Itsuki Hashima “brother”).
(Setsuna Ena and Chihiro Hashima doesn’t know each other.)

Setsuna Ena walks past Chihiro Hashima on an empty street in the evening.
As setsuna Ena turns around, he has Chihiro Hashima’s butt in the field of vision and he absolutely wants to see him and implores Chihiro Hashima.

Since Chihiro Hashima is against it (understandable), Setsuna Ena suddenly ambushes Chihiro Hashima and tries violently to take off the pants of Chihiro Hashima.

After Setsuna Ena has successfully done that, he now tries to take off Chihiro Hashima underpants, but Chihiro Hashima fights back and runs away.

I was a bit shocked when I saw this scene because they made it look like a “funny” fanservice scene.

In each episode, you see at least one character naked and the comedy part is designed for perverted humor.

In episode 7, the friends play a game in which they invent a story.
In this story, there is a more erotic Yuri scene in which Nayuta Kani plays on Miyako Shirakawa in the middle of the street.

Moreover, the girls in this story (Itsuki Hashima in the story is also female) are later on the beach and bathe naked.
A tentacle monster appears, and you can certainly imagine what will happen next…..


In episode 8, is Miyako Shirakawa’s birthday and Nayuta Kani gave her a story as a present that Nayuta Kani wrote only for Miyako Shirakawa.

When she later reads the story, a short sex scene with Miyako Shirakawa and Itsuki Hashima is shown, but only the part where they just want to start.

After that only a few lines of the story were displayed.


In episode 9 there is another more erotic Yuri scene.
Nayuta Kani and Kaiko Mikuniyama grope each other and play around with their breasts.

But Nayuta Kani will get rejected by Itsuki Hashima.

In episode 1, the first Love confession of Nayuta Kani will be shown in a memory scene.

However, Nayuta Kani does not give up easily and often tries to approach Itsuki Hashima during the anime to show/tell him that she is in love with him.

But actually, Itsuki Hashima has feelings for Nayuta Kani.

When Nayuta Kani happens to fall asleep on Itsuki Hashima’s bed, Haruto Fuwa talks with Itsuki Hashima about Nayuta Kani.

He admits that he is also in love with Nayuta Kani.
However, Itsuki Hashima has goals that he firstly wants to reach before he gets together with Nayuta Kani.

Meanwhile, you can briefly see Nayuta Kani’s flushed face.
She probably wasn’t quite asleep and listened to the whole conversation.

Episode 11

Itsuki Hashima makes a Love confession to his firs crush.

However, Itsuki Hashima will get rejected by his first crush.

  • Haruto Fuwa makes a Love confession to Miyako Shirakawa, but gets rejected.
  • Miyako Shirakaw makes also Love confession to Itsuki Hashima, but gets rejected as well.
  • Nayuta Kani collapses and gets hospitalized but it’s nothing serious.
    Itsuki Hashima instantly rushed to the hospital in order to make a Love confession to Nayuta Kani.
    Nayuta Kani accepts the Love confession. They get together and will later have sex.

My opinion

Momente:

‘Imouto Sae Ireba Ii’ is an anime that tells about the everyday life of author Itsuki Hashima.
That tries to be funny with lame perverted comedy.

Sweet romantic moments are rare, but in exchange there is a lot of fanservice contained.
There are also serious drama moments, but some of which I perceived rather inappropriate.

Animation:

There is nothing wrong with the animation.

Characters:

Itsuki Hashima and Nayuta Kani:

Itsuki Hashima is the main character and writes novels.
His main theme/fetish are imoutos (little sisters), and he hardly thinks of anything else.

For him, everything revolves around this, whether it’s games, characters, anime, novels, ect … and that can get pretty annoying after a few episodes.

And at first he is less interested in Nayuta Kani, because he wants to realize his goals first.


Nayuta Kani is a very perverted girl and also a novelist.

She mentions a lot of perverted stuff, likes to frequently show herself naked and, gropes and likes to play around on the other girls’ bodies.

She is very much in love with Itsuki Hashima and doesn’t hesitate to often show/tell him.


Both have had a difficult childhood.

Itsuki Hashima’s mother died.

Nayuta Kani was bullied at school.



About the other characters rather less is told.

Ending:

‘Imouto Sae Ireba Ii’ ends with a normal ending.
I doubt I’ll watch a second season of it… let’s see.

Episode Rating:

Episode 10 was one of the sweeter episodes and has also clarified something about Chihiro Hashima.

The other episodes were simply just everyday stories with a lot of fanservice and rather little to no romance.

Probably never will.

But I have found a few spoiler on the internet and inserted them in some places.
