Tetsuo Takahashi

Sakie Satou starts as a new teacher at the school where Tetsuo Takahashi also teaches.

Since she is also a being of demi-human (a sucubus), she keeps away from men because of her special nature.
Her body namely produces an aphrodisiac pheromone that unintentionally makes any man near her desire her.

Therefore, she also keeps her distance from Tetsuo Takahashi, although he tries to get to know her better.

But when Sakie Satou realizes that Tetsuo Takahashi resists her aphrodisiac effect and treats her like a normal person, Sakie Satou develops feelings for Tetsuo Takahashi.

She admires that he does not lose his self-control despite the obvious effect of her aphrodisiac, to which most men succumb.
And little by little she now tries to get closer to Tetsuo Takahashi.


From Tetsuo Takahashi, on the other hand, we unfortunately don’t get to see any romantic advances, apart from the fact that he is interested in Sakie Satous as a demi-human and wants to learn more about her nature.

Kyouko Machi is Tetsuo Takahashi’s student and secretly has a crush on him.

When Hikari Takanashi learns of this, she helps her get closer to Tetsuo Takahashi and sets up a date for Kyouko Machi with him.

In the process, she spends a wonderful day alone with her teacher and enjoys the many activities they do together.

There are other little wholseome moments that Kyouko Machi experiences together with Tetsuo Takahashi, but this is as far as this relationship (love triangle) will go.

(As far as I can remember!)

‘Demi-chan wa Kataritai’ is a cheerful and humorous anime about a teacher who takes care of his 3 female students who have problems at school because they are demi-humans.

Tetsuo Takahashi is a cool, understanding teacher who has a genuine interest in demi-humans.
He interviews them to study and understand them better, and writes down all his new discoveries.
The best moments are probably when Tetsuo Takahashi has to cool and calmly hide his lust from Sakie Satou until she leaves and then he can let out his strong emotional outburst. 😆

Sakie Satou is rather timid and shy and tries to keep contact with men around her to a minimum.
This also applies to Tetsuo Takahashi, but this gradually changes and she tries to get closer to him.
However, Sakie Satou is also kind, gentle, a bit clumsy by nature and very caring for her students.

Romance plays only a small role in ‘Demi-chan wa Kataritai’ and is kept rather in the background for now.
There are only a few small romantic, sweet moments here and there, but nothing really spectacular.
The development around Tetsuo Takahashi and Sakie Satou is hardly noticeable or rather very slow.
